Media Consent
MEDIA CONSENT – We do record and live-stream our services and events, therefore, by attending the United Pentecostal Tabernacle you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording of you, any minor children, and your property. Furthermore, you consent to its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for any purpose by UPT, UPT Departments, divisions, offices, and representatives.
I authorize UPT to use, publish, and copyright any depiction of me whether in print or electronically regardless of whether my name is or is not credited. By attending UPT, you also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by UPT or a person or entity designated to do so by UPT. I will make no monetary claim against UPT and I waive any claim to an invasion of privacy for the use of photography, audio, or video.
UPT intends to use photographs and recordings for lawful purposes of publicity, illustration, advertising, print content, and web content.
